Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged.

Return Shipping:
Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

How to Start a Return:
Contact me through Storenvy with your order number before sending your item back. I will confirm the return address and next steps.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase (before I begin preparing your order).

Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive after the estimated delivery window, message me with your name and order number, I will work with you to make it right.
